Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
GigFlower is operated by Fluxel LLC. This policy explains how we handle information you provide when using GigFlower.
Information you provide
Creating an account requires an email address and password. We use your email address to identify and manage your account. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.
You may also provide information when using GigFlower, editing an email template, or contacting us. If you include personal details in a template or support message, those details are part of the information you provide.
If you fill in your pitch details, we store what you enter, such as your name, act or band name, the kind of music you play, a link to your music, places you have played, and a phone number, and use them to write your messages to venues. We also store the outreach you record for each venue: which ways you contacted it and when, your follow-ups, whether it replied, booked you or said no, and your notes. If you report a problem with a venue's information, we store your report and any note you add, and other users may see how many people reported that problem, but not who.
Information collected automatically
When you visit GigFlower, whether or not you are signed in, we record each page you view along with your IP address, your browser's user-agent string (which describes your browser and device type), and the date and time. We also record when you create an account or sign in. If you are signed in, these records are linked to your account and email address. We use this information to understand how GigFlower is used and to help keep the service secure, for example by spotting unusual activity. We do not use it for advertising. These records are stored on the same local server as account information, and we keep them for as long as they are useful for these purposes.
GigFlower uses a single cookie, set only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. It expires 14 days after you sign in and is not used for tracking or advertising.
How we use information
We use information you provide to operate your account, provide the features you use, and respond to questions or requests. GigFlower supplies a premade email template that you can edit and send yourself. It does not send outreach emails to venues on your behalf.
We send emails to your account's address: a link to confirm your address when you sign up or change it, a link to reset your password when you ask for one, a notice when a venue search you started has finished, and, at most once a week, a reminder when venues you contacted are due for a follow-up. You can turn off the search and reminder emails in your settings or with the link in each one. These emails are sent through Google's Gmail service, so Google processes the email address and the content of each message.
We do not sell your personal information.
Google services and external websites
GigFlower uses Google APIs to provide features of the service. Information included in requests to those APIs is processed by Google. Google's handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
When you follow a link to another website or send an email through your own email service, that website or service handles information under its own privacy practices.
Storage and security
Account information is stored on a local server operated by us. Passwords are stored as hashes, database access is restricted, and the website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and the site.
These safeguards help protect information, but no system can guarantee complete security. Nothing in this policy limits our obligations under applicable privacy or data-security laws.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
You can email hello@gigflower.live to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion of your account and associated personal information. We may need to verify that you own the account before fulfilling a request. Do not send your password.
We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. If information must be retained for a legal obligation or another legally permitted reason, we will explain any relevant limits on your deletion request.
Changes to this policy
We will update the effective date when this policy changes. For material changes, we will provide a notice on GigFlower or contact you using your account email, as appropriate. We will obtain consent where required by law.
